So here it is, sounds relatively healthy with nice bit of nuts and fruit in there….BUT the decadence and yumminess is not compromised.
The brown sugar really makes it sticky and toffee-ish! Best served warm with a nice coffee 😀 I personally add an extra banana and a greater proportion of ground almonds to make it even more moist but just make sure you cook it enough, will probably need more like 70 minutes!
