The absolute best thing about the whole thing – how simple it is, but how TASTY it is!
Not a horrible cocktail sausage and underbaked, pale pastry in sight!
- Line your sausages (uncooked) in shop bought puff pastry
- Add sauce of your choice (….sweet chilli, garlic, bbq, wholegrain mustard…)
- Envelope the pastry on top and pinch the top
- Brush with egg or milk, I popped some basil on top.
Place in a tray on 220 degrees for about 15 mins or until golden brown.
