Homemade Sausage Rolls

The absolute best thing about the whole thing – how simple it is, but how TASTY it is!

Not a horrible cocktail sausage and underbaked, pale pastry in sight!

  1. Line your sausages (uncooked) in shop bought puff pastry
  2. Add sauce of your choice (….sweet chilli, garlic, bbq, wholegrain mustard…)
  3. Envelope the pastry on top and pinch the top
  4. Brush with egg or milk, I popped some basil on top.

Place in a tray on 220 degrees for about 15 mins or until golden brown.

Love how homemade sausage rolls you don’t get a pathetic sausage to Pastry ratio and can put the seasonings and sauces to your personal tastes.
